We are excited to announce the opening of a Community Reiki Clinic hosted by Valerie Jew in the beautiful Level Up Studio space.  We will offer sessions on the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 10:30-1pm.  You can schedule a 15-minute appointment for $10 or a 30-minute appointment for $20.

Reiki is a healing touch offered either seated or lying down.  This healing practice addresses fatigue, depression, anxiety, pre-surgical preparation, and post-surgery recovery, and is complementary to any medical intervention.  Reiki nurtures all stages of pregnancy and fosters healing during postpartum .  A session can encourage a good night’s sleep, restore energy, decrease blood pressure, and promote ease.  Invest in self-care and spend time doing nothing, receiving everything.
