How to prepare your pelvic floor to reduce risk of tearing
How to support your pelvic floor during pregnancy, labor and birth
Positions to support your pelvic floor during labor and birth
Exercises you can do now to feel prepared
How to recover post birth (either c-section or vaginal birth)
This workshop is great for pregnant people at any stage of pregnancy to learn to prepare for labor and birth, as well as birth workers wanting to gain more understanding of the anatomy and functional involvement of the pelvic floor during labor and birth. Partners are welcome!
